Learner – Qualified Teacher Ratio, Learner – Classroom Ratio, Learner – Toilet Ratio, Foundational Reading Skills, Foundational Numeracy Skills, Budgetary Allocation, Primary Completion, Primary Transition and  Junior Secondary Completion

Outstanding = 90 – 100

Very Good = 70 – 89

Good = 50 – 69

Fair = 31 – 49

Poor = 11 – 30

The National Policy on Education stipulates that the teacher-learner ratio for primary and junior secondary schools should be 1:35. It is expected that where learners for a particular class exceed 35, a new arm of the same classroom is created, to maintain the agreeable ratio of 1:35 for teacher and for a classroom.
