Adeyemi Ibrahim

Adeyemi Ibrahim Olarotimi is a freelance Journalist of The Nation Newspaper and the President of the Nationof Campus Journalists, Sokoto state. He was also the former Editor of The News Digest, a local news agency in Sokoto state. As a journalist, activist and public analyst, he writes passionately on youths’ development, child rights and campus life and has special interest in investigative journalism He is a native of Oyo state who is based in Sokoto.

So far, he has published two in-depth/investigative stories on Premium Times and Sahara Reporters, respectively. Below are the links to the works published:

Yecenu Sasetu

Yecenu Sasetu is an award winning Health Journalist, a Broadcaster currently with 99.9 KissFM, Abuja. She holds a degree in Theatre and Communication Arts from the University of Jos, Plateau state. The only daughter after four boys, Yecenu hails from Nasarawa state.

Yecenu is the Presenter of the award winning show called THE CLINIC on 99.9 KissFM, Abuja. A Reporter who goes into rural communities to get the untold stories on health issues, she has been to several communities around Nigeria. Her life goal is to contribute to building a healthy society, one story at a time.

Yusuf Muhammad Ladan is a Kebbi born and Sokoto based radio broadcaster working with Garkuwa FM radio 95.5 Sokoto.

I am a reporter with Cable Newspaper Limited, publishers of TheCable online newspaper. I am currently based in Abuja and cover a range of issues in the development, politics and health sectors. I do also cover the education sector and have had about three years of professional experience as a journalist.

Kimberly Nwachukwu

Kimberly Blessing Nwachukwu is a radio and television broadcaster. She is the host of a daily current affairs program ‘Hard Facts’ on Nigeria Info Fm and the anchor of Crossfire show on wazobia max Tv Abuja. Previously, she was a newscaster with AIT/Raypower. Her career spans over a decade.
She studied biochemistry at the University of Jos and have gone on to receive professional qualifications and training from Tv college Jos and FRCN training school.
Kim has also received several trainings in the areas of Election, Migration, Gender-sensitive reporting and advocacy, Security, Governance and Health. She is currently a Bounce corruption ambassador.
She is also a compere, brand influencer and teacher. Kimberly is from Imo state, also identifies with Kwara state where her mum is from and raised in the North.

My names are Hassana Abubakar Koko from Koko/Besse LGA of Kebbi State. I was born in May 22nd, 1983.
I started my primary school education in 1989 to 1995, Secondary School education from 1996 to 2001 both in Kebbi State and tertiary education in Sokoto State at Usmanu Dan Fodiyo University, Sokoto from 2002 to 2005. After my graduation from UDU Sokoto in 2005, I proceeded for the National Youth Service Corps in 2006/2007 in Cross Rivers State.
I was later employed by the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) in May 2009 and I am still working with the organization as a Principal Reporter. At NTA, I do report News, Cast News, as well as translate the News for the benefit of local viewers in the state. I often report issues of the Girl Child in my state and other Human angle stories in order to promote the well being of the citizens.

Kolawole Omoniyi is a hard working, solution driven male, accustomed to working with minimal supervision in fast-paced media and social environments. Prefers be called K-bobo.

He has the ability to multi-task with over ten years hands on experiences on various media projects ranging from Journalism, Broadcasting, Public Relations to Marketing roles in various media organizations in Kano City and the entire country at large.
He holds a Masters Degree in Public Relations and Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication, both at Bayero University Kano as well as Higher National Diploma HND in Mass Communication at Osun State Polytechnic with Honors. K-bobo is a proud father and husband with so much respect for his family. He hails from Osun State in Ilesa town and was born on 10th of June in the 80’s.

Omileha Odey

Omileha Odey is a Media Personality and Radio host, with interest in child/youth advocacy, economic development, family wellbeing and event management.

She anchors the Youth programme “Trailblazers “, the programme on Illicit Financial flows ” The Conduit”, the family programme “Love Circle” and the station’s flagship current affairs programme “Burgami” on 92.1 Vision FM.

She has great time management and physical organization skills, can adapt to new problems and readjust as needed to complete an assignment.

Omileha Odey

Omileha Odey is a Media Personality and Radio host, with interest in child/youth advocacy, economic development, family wellbeing and event management.

Ogunbowale Oladayo

Ogunbowale Oladayo is Clergy, a media professional, involved in youth development, a Peace, democracy, and good governance advocate and social media buff. His experience spans across project incubation, execution, and management, developing social media campaigns for social causes and policy development for youth organizations and government agencies.

In April 2019, he completed a broadcast journalism training organised by US Consulate General, Lagos and facilitated by an ex CNN senior producer; Prof Jennifer Thomas from Howard University.

He is a 2018 fellow of the Youthhub Africa Media Advocacy Fellowship supported by Malala fund. In June 2015, he was among the 22-youth delegate from Nigeria who attended the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) organized ‘Leadership, Conflict Management and Peacebuilding’ training programme in Kampala, Uganda.

He is currently Head; Business Development Unit, Program producer (Development Today) and News analyst at Metropolitan Broadcasting Services, owners of IBR 92.5FM and IATV.

Ogunbowale Oladayo
